International Student Counsellor
If you’re a forward-thinking individual with a passion for helping students navigate the complexities of the application process and making dreams of studying abroad a reality, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing-
💡 Counselling students – You will provide guidance and assist students in assessing their admission requirements and scoping application process
💡 Staying updated – You will stay informed about scholarship opportunities available from various institutes and the regulations in order to provide the best guidance to students
💡 Conducting GTE assessments – Ensure through assessment and documentation in compliance with guidelines set by the Department of Home Affairs
💡 Meeting intake targets – You will work closely with the team to ensure that the intake targets are met and take an active part in recruitment events, developing marketing strategies and analyse effectiveness to fine-tune marketing efforts
Ideal candidate will bring-
🚀 Some experience in counselling and/or sales
🚀 Resourceful and can-do attitude – you will be helping the students figure out their futures, aspirations and ambitions. We want them positive vibes and confidence that will help Sri Lankan students step into the future!
Visa Success Counsellor
If you’re a forward-thinking individual with a passion for helping applicants navigate the complexities of the visa application process and making dreams of going abroad a reality, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing-
💡 Visa Application Guidance – You will be providing high-quality, comprehensive support to applicants navigating the visa process
💡 Documentation and Assistance – Help applicants in preparing the required documentation and putting through complete applications with a high success rate
💡 Staying Updated – You will stay updated on the latest rules and regulations pertaining to the countries that we service so that our clients get the best service possible from us
💡 Professional Communication – Fluency in Sinhala and English is a must with the soft skills to ensure that the clients have pleasant and memorable interactions with us. Fluency in Tamil in addition to English and Sinhala will be a definite advantage!
